2. Promotion name. Max Haas $10,000 Septic System Sweepstakes (the 'Sweepstakes').
3. Sweepstakes period. Begins [November 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET] and ends [December 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET] (the 'Entry Period').
4. Eligibility. Open to individuals who are 18 years or older, legal residents of the United States, who own the property entered. Employees of Sponsor, Excavation Marketing Pros and any agency involved in the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
5. Geographic limits. The property must be located in Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Boone, Johnson, Morgan, Hancock, Shelby or Madison County, Indiana. Void where prohibited by law.
6. Property ownership. Entrants must currently own the property where the qualifying work would be performed, and certify this on the entry form. Sponsor may ask for proof of ownership from a potential winner.
7. How to enter. Visit [landing page URL] during the Entry Period and complete the entry form with all required information. Automated, bulk or third-party entries are void.
8. No purchase necessary. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Agreeing to be contacted by Sponsor about its services is optional and is not required to enter or win.
9. Entry limit. Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) per property for the Entry Period. [Attorney to confirm.] Duplicate entries will be discarded.
10. Prize. One (1) prize: a credit of up to ten thousand dollars (US $10,000) applied toward a qualifying septic system installation or replacement performed by Sponsor at the winner's property.

21. Release and publicity. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its agents and Meta Platforms, Inc. from liability related to the Sweepstakes. 22. Privacy and data use. Information is collected by Sponsor and used to run the Sweepstakes and to contact the winner. Sponsor will contact entrants about its services only if they opted in on the form. See Sponsor's Privacy Policy [link].
